CONDITIONS OF TOURIST SERVICE PROVIDERS
Any booking made on the Site will be considered as the user's intention to purchase a particular tourist product or service from the Tourist Service Provider. If your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from SC WENS TOUR SRL and this contract will enter into force. All tourist services published on the Site are subject to the availability of the Travel Service Providers. Their terms and conditions (including the rules of carriage of passengers imposed by airlines) will apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions of this Site.
The terms of the Travel Service Providers may include provisions relating to various payment procedures, obligations, cancellations, changes to reservations and refunds (if applicable) or restrictions of a different nature. Some airlines may impose additional fees. SC WENS TOUR SRL is not responsible for the costs that may arise during transfers from one airport/terminal to another. Some hotels may also collect different local taxes.

CANCELATIONS/CHANGES
If you wish to cancel or modify the booked or purchased service (and the Tourist Service Provider allows it), it is your responsibility to inform SC WENS TOUR SRL online, in writing or by telephone about your intentions. In some cases, you may not be able to cancel/modify certain tourist services or you may have to comply with certain requirements for these actions.
SC WENS TOUR SRL or the Tourist Service Provider accepts all forms of written requests because they cannot cancel/modify the tourist service before receiving your firm request. You may cancel your booking through the Website in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Tourist Service Provider.
In the event of a change to a reservation (including, but not limited to, cancellations, refunds, name changes), SC WENS TOUR SRL reserves the right to apply certain fees to cover administrative costs that may result from this action. These fees differ from those levied directly by the Tourist Service Provider.
We do not accept payment methods other than those presented on the site and we do not accept any responsibility for amounts of money sent by courier.
Depending on the terms and conditions imposed by the hotels, you may be asked to pay full or partial payment of the booked service at the time of booking and payment will be made to the WENS TRAVEL STORE account.
The Agency assumes no obligation to issue tickets, vouchers or other travel documents in case of non-payment of the ordered services in full. In any case, you are responsible for the payment of the amounts related to the tourist services ordered.
Payment can be made with the main credit cards recognized and presented in detail on the site.
SC WENS TOUR SRL or the Tourist Service Provider reserves the right to charge any additional fees (or commissions) that may occur at the time of booking via credit cards. In this case, you will be informed of the applicable fees. SC WENS TOUR SRL reserves the right to transfer the costs generated by the charge back penalties. If your reservation is paid for with another person's credit card, we reserve the right to request written authorization from that person.
If the issuer of your credit card requests it, SC WENS TOUR SRL or the Tourist Service Provider reserves the right to send the tickets, vouchers or other travel documents to your declared address at the time of issuing the credit card. Incorrect information about this address can be reflected in the cancellation of the reservation, the delay in the delivery of travel documents and may cause an increase in the confirmed fare. Please ensure that your billing address details match those on your bank statement. In addition, to minimize the effects of attempting to defraud your credit card, before issuing your travel documents, we reserve the right to conduct random checks, request proof of your address and a copy of your credit card, as well as a recent account statement.
All rates and fees may fluctuate due to changes in the exchange rate.
