WHAT WILL YOU HAVE TO DO?
- onboarding and managing requests for tourist services and maintaining contact with current and potential customers (direct clients and companies) throughout the sale process
- collection and provision of information in direct relationship with the client, creation, promotion and active sale of tourist services, booking, invoicing, collection, issuance of travel documents
- identification and understanding of the needs and preferences of clients, their correspondence and advice
- attracting new customers through continuous promotion of complementary services to the current activity (cross selling)
- use of the agency's own reservation systems and other reservation systems.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF
- you are passionate and strongly believe that working in tourism is the most exciting thing in the world
- you are a complete travel agent with at least 4 years of experience in the field, higher education and specialization in tourism or ticketing
- you can make quick decisions with ease, have the ability to manage time, plan and track the completion of tasks
- have outstanding communication skills and ease in establishing interpersonal relationships
- you are a creative person, empathetic and proactive towards the wishes of your clients
- you believe teamwork is essential to achieving your goals.
- have solid knowledge of reservation systems and PC operation
- you know at least English to perfection
